During this one-hour weekly class, students that are already traveling along the path of Rinpoche’s Understanding Self and Mind practice teachings from Keys of Knowledge. Contemplations, dialogue as well as exercises for mind from Joy of Being and other sources help unbind and unwind the regime of mind’s production process: gradually, through exploration and play, we learn to embody the truth. As we activate wide-angle seeing, and deeper senses open up, changes in understanding and experience materially affect our conduct. We integrate knowledge into our daily lives, creating a joyful new home for awareness.
Classes meet online for six weeks, for one hour a week. Classes are recorded and you will have access to the recordings for your personal use only. They consist of activating knowingness through inquiry, contemplative and experiential practices, readings and dialogues. Weekly handouts will provide inspirational readings and the instructions you need to continue your experiential learning at home. An online chat room gives you the optional ability to meet and dialog with your fellow students.
