Description
In this six-week course we continue our journey of compassion and self-care guided by Gesture of Great Love, the newest book by Tarthang Tulku Rinpoche. “Most people think the root cause of suffering is external,” he writes. “But it seems to me that the cause of most of our suffering is the mind itself.” This term we consider our ordinary concept of time and how it keeps us bound to the regime of mind. We begin to open regime-time through a deeper understanding of time’s dynamic and the immediacy of the instant. For continuing students and those who have studied the first 9 chapters of Gesture of Great Love.
